It's definitely something that influenced a lot of the generation that followed, along with Resident Evil 4, but by the time I played it that wasn't as impressive.īreath of the Wild is, imo, a monumental achievement in game design. I'm not really into the physics puzzles and the gunplay is meh, but it's fine enough. HL2 in comparison just kinda exists to me.
It's definitely an improvement over HL1, which I played last year and found kinda excruciating and literally took me months to finish because I kept taking breaks despite it being 15 hours long.
